How do I use a tincture?

Start with 1/2 dropper and increase as needed. Hold under your tongue and in your cheek for 60 seconds for max absorption, then swallow. Allow 15 mins for effects.

While sublingual absorption is fastest, you can also add cannabis tinctures to food or drinks – they are particularly delicious in a fruit smoothie!

Will THC Topicals Get Me High?
