Every brand on the market sells CBN as a sleep cannabinoid. The literature is more complicated than the marketing suggests. A 2017 clinical review in Current Psychiatry Reports examined the research on cannabinoids and sleep and found that most CBN-specific claims trace back to early studies where CBN appeared as a degradation byproduct of THC, not the variable being tested cleanly (Babson et al., 2017, PubMed PMID 28349316). How To Use Your CBN Tincture
Sublingual technique. Shake the bottle, fill the dropper to your dose, place the oil under your tongue, hold it there for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. The blood vessels under your tongue absorb CBN directly into the bloodstream, which is why a tincture takes effect 30 to 60 minutes faster than a swallowed gummy.
