If you live in California, the state requires us to tell you the following about any TribeTokes product that contains THC (including THCa, Delta 8 and Delta 9):

⚠ WARNING: Consuming this product during pregnancy exposes your child to delta-9-THC, which can affect your child’s behavior and learning ability. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/cannabis.

What this means

Proposition 65 is a California law that requires businesses to warn Californians about exposure to chemicals the state has listed as causing cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Delta-9 THC is on that list because of its effects during pregnancy. The list has over 900 chemicals on it, and the warning appears on everything from coffee to parking garages to cannabis, so you’ve seen it before.

This warning does not mean our products are unsafe for adults. It means California requires the notice for anyone who may be pregnant or breastfeeding. If that’s you, don’t use THC products. That’s good advice in every state, not just California.

Which products this covers

Every TribeTokes product that contains THC in any form: THCa flower, pre-rolls, carts and disposables, Delta 8 carts, disposables, gummies, tinctures and topicals, 1:1 ratio products, and all Delta-9 THC gummies. Our CBD-only and THC-free products are not covered by this warning.
