Here’s what comes in the box:

  • The Wand battery in white.
  • A magnetic storage box.
  • A charger that the top of the pen screws into.

Battery only, no cart included. It works with any 510-thread cart.

New to the Wand? Charge it, attach a cart, and twist to your voltage.

  • Charge it first: unscrew the top of the pen and screw it into the included charger. Recharge when it runs low.
  • Attach a cart: pull the rubber cap off the cart’s bottom, then screw it onto the top hand-tight. Don’t overtighten.
  • Power on: click the button 5 times quickly. Five clicks again turns it off.
  • Set voltage: twist the wheel on the bottom, from 2.6V to 3.6V. Lower for Delta 8, medium for CBD and THC.
  • Preheat: double-click the button if your oil is running thick. The LEDs change color while it warms up.
  • Hold the button while you inhale slowly. Keep it in the magnetic box when you’re done.

Backed by a 1-year warranty. A few tips to keep it running:

  • Charge with the included charger and unplug once it’s full.
  • Wipe the 510 connector if a cart leaves any residue.
  • Store it in the magnetic box when you’re not using it.

Reviewers call it high quality and a genuine step up from the pens they’ve tried before.

What Customers Are Saying

“The adjustable voltage vape is amazing. I love that it has a child safety feature unlike my last vape. I have kids of my own and on the days I forget to put it away, I feel safe knowing the button has to be clicked 5x to turn it on. It lights up to let me know it’s on, sometimes when I get too stoned it reminds me to turn it off. You can also click it 2x for a quick session so you don’t have to hold the button down.”

Camille H.

“How much do I love Tribe Tokes? More than words can describe. I know it sounds silly, but I love the elegant white vape pen almost more than I like the vape itself! OK just kidding/not kidding. I used it for my CBD pen and it works great. Keeps a charge for a long time! I highly recommend this product and this wonderful company.”

Amey S.

“Great little simple vape that lets you customize the voltage to your liking. Looks and feels like it’s made out of high end materials. My go to vape.”

Tim Y.

“The pen is so great. The design, the functionality, and the overall quality: 100%. Also I love the packaging like it’s sleek and aesthetic. Makes for a cute travel case or even a whole lil decoration.”

Katelin L.

How To Use the Wand

Attach the cartridge. Screw any 510-thread cartridge onto the top of the Wand, hand-tight until you feel resistance. Don’t overtighten. Overtightening damages the cart’s base and makes the battery misread the contact, which leads to weak hits or no firing. The Wand works with all TribeTokes cartridges and most third-party 510-thread carts on the market.

Unlock and power on. Click the button five times in quick succession to power the Wand on. The LED on the button lights up to show the pen is active. Five clicks again powers it off, which we recommend between sessions to prevent any chance of accidental firing. The 5-click safety lock is the difference between a vape pen and a vape pen you can trust around kids, in a bag, on a nightstand, or anywhere else.

Take a hit. Hold the button down while inhaling for a standard session, or double-click for a hands-free quick session that fires for a few seconds automatically. To adjust voltage, turn the wheel on the bottom of the pen. Lower for terpene flavor and lighter hits, higher for bigger clouds and more vapor. The wheel doesn’t have numerical markings; turn by feel and find the spot that works for the cart you’re running.

Charge when the LED warns you. The LED on the button changes pattern when the battery drops to about 20% remaining. Plug the included USB cable into the port at the base of the pen and into any USB outlet. Charging takes 60 to 90 minutes from empty to full. The LED pulses while charging and goes solid when full. Unplug once charged; leaving it plugged in past full shortens the long-term lifespan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s in the box?

The Wand battery, a USB charging cable, a quick-start instruction card, and the sleek storage box the pen ships in (built for ongoing use as a travel case). The battery ships with the voltage wheel at the center setting so you can use it out of the box with most cartridges. Charge the battery before first use; the included cable plugs into any USB outlet. Cartridges are sold separately, so you can pair the Wand with whatever cannabinoid you want (THCa, Delta 8, HHC, CBD, or any third-party 510-thread cart). What’s not in the box: a wall adapter (the USB cable plugs into any USB port, including any wall adapter you already own), a spare cell (the battery cell is integrated, not user-replaceable), or a separate hard case (the shipping box is the travel case).

Cartridge compatibility: what carts work with the Wand?

Any standard 510-thread cartridge. That includes TribeTokes carts across the cannabinoid lineup (THCa, Delta 8, HHC, CBD) plus the vast majority of cartridges sold in the broader market. 510-thread is the universal vape industry standard, named for the screw-on connection size (5mm diameter, 10 threads). The Wand was deliberately built on this standard so customers aren’t locked into one brand. If you have a cartridge that doesn’t fit, it isn’t 510-thread; most vape carts on the market are. One nuance worth knowing: not all 510-thread carts are equally well-made. Some have wider center pins or different airflow specs that can produce inconsistent hits even on a quality battery. If a third-party cart isn’t firing reliably on the Wand, it’s usually the cart. TribeTokes carts are spec-matched to TribeTokes batteries.

Battery life: how long does the Wand last between charges?

It depends on use frequency. A light user (a few sessions per week) can go two to three months between charges. A heavier user (daily sessions) typically charges weekly. The LED on the button changes pattern when the battery is running low (about 20% remaining) and stays at that pattern until you charge. From empty to full takes about 60 to 90 minutes on a normal USB outlet. The battery cell is rated for 300+ full charge cycles, which translates to multiple years of use for most customers. After several years of heavy use, the cell capacity slowly diminishes (lithium-ion battery chemistry, not a defect). Most customers replace the Wand by choice (new color, gift, upgrade, or as a backup) before the battery itself stops holding charge.

Voltage wheel: how does it work?

The Wand uses an analog wheel on the bottom of the pen to adjust voltage. Turn the wheel toward the lower end for terpene-forward, flavor-preserving hits; turn it toward the higher end for bigger clouds and more vapor. There’s no LED voltage indicator and no preset settings to cycle through; the wheel is continuous, so you can land anywhere on the range. Why analog instead of digital? Two reasons. One, no LED math (no remembering which color is which voltage). Two, you can dial it in by feel based on the cart you’re running, not based on which preset the engineers picked. A practical starting point: factory-set position is the center of the wheel, which works for most carts. Adjust based on whether you’re chasing flavor or vapor.

Safety lock: how does the 5-click work?

The button has to be clicked five times in quick succession to power on or off. This is the safety lock: if the button is pressed once accidentally (in a pocket, in a bag, by a curious kid), the Wand won’t fire. Five clicks is the only way to unlock and activate firing; five clicks again locks it back down. The LED on the button lights up when the Wand is unlocked and active. We recommend leaving the Wand locked between sessions, especially around children or in a bag that gets jostled. Most customer-reported ‘won’t fire’ issues turn out to be the safety lock engaged. If you press the button and nothing happens, try five clicks first before troubleshooting. The lock disengages immediately at 5 clicks; there’s no waiting period or hold-to-confirm. Practiced users get the 5-click rhythm down within a few uses.

Quick session: what is double-click mode?

A double-click of the button activates a hands-free quick session: the Wand fires for a few seconds without you holding the button down. Useful when one hand is busy, when you want a shorter pull, or when you’re sharing the pen and don’t want everyone holding the button awkwardly. The standard firing mode is hold-the-button-while-inhaling; double-click is the alternative. The session ends automatically after a few seconds (built-in cutoff to prevent overheating the cart). If you want to keep firing, hold the button instead. The 5-click safety lock must be unlocked first; double-click only works after the Wand is powered on. Some customers use double-click for microdosing or pacing: shorter sessions, less product per use, longer cart life, and easier to titrate how strong each hit gets.

Charging the Wand: how and how long?

Use the included USB cable plugged into any USB port (laptop, wall adapter, portable charger, or USB-equipped power strip work fine). Full charge time is 60 to 90 minutes. The LED on the button pulses during charging and goes solid when full. Best-practice notes: don’t trickle-charge the battery for extended periods after it reaches full (modern lithium-ion has overcharge protection but prolonged trickle still shortens lifespan); don’t use damaged cables; and don’t use off-brand fast-chargers above 2A (the Wand is designed for standard 1A charging). If the Wand stops charging entirely, the most common cause is debris in the USB port. Inspect the port with a flashlight and clean it with a dry cotton swab if needed. Skip compressed air, which can push debris deeper.

Travel: can I fly with the Wand?

Domestic US flights: yes, in carry-on luggage only. The TSA prohibits lithium-ion batteries in checked baggage (FAA rule, applies to all vape batteries, laptops, power banks, etc). Pack the Wand in your carry-on with any attached cartridge separated for security screening. Lock the safety (5 clicks to power off) before traveling so the pen can’t fire accidentally in transit. International travel: check destination country’s laws on vape hardware and cannabinoid cartridges before flying; some countries prohibit both. If traveling with a cartridge attached, the cartridge content (THCa, Delta 8, HHC, CBD) may be subject to local laws regardless of US federal compliance. Practical tip: the Wand’s white casing reads more like a designer pen or wellness product than a typical vape pen, which helps with discreet travel.

Cleaning and care: how do I maintain the Wand?

Wipe the threading area (where the cartridge screws on) with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol every few cartridge changes to remove residue from the cart connection. This keeps the connection clean and the firing reliable. Don’t submerge the battery or get water inside the charging port. Keep the Wand out of direct sunlight and hot cars (heat above 110 degrees Fahrenheit shortens lithium-ion battery lifespan). Store with a cartridge removed if you’re not using the battery for more than a week, since cart oil can leak into the threading over long periods. The white casing shows scuffs more than darker batteries do. Skip harsh chemicals (acetone, bleach) when cleaning the outside; a damp microfiber cloth handles routine cleaning. Drops onto hard surfaces can dent the casing or chip the finish.

Returns and warranty: what’s covered?

Unopened, unused batteries can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the battery has been used, it can’t be returned (hygiene and hardware-handling rules), but the 90-day warranty covers any defect-related issues. TribeTokes covers manufacturing defects for 90 days: if your Wand arrives non-functional or stops working within 90 days due to a defect (won’t charge, won’t fire, button stuck, wheel won’t turn, etc.), email team@tribetokes.com with your order number and a brief description. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost. Warranty doesn’t cover physical damage from drops, water exposure, or use with non-510-thread cartridges. Most customer-reported issues turn out to be cart-related (clogged airflow, damaged cart threading) rather than battery-related; try a different cart on the same battery before reporting a defect.
